I am a 21 year old (almost) Pennsylvania native. I was born on June 8th, 1975 in Shreveport, Louisiana (which makes me a Gemini) and raised in Wilkes-Barre, PA (that's wilks-berry, not wilks-bar). I moved to Pittsburgh, PA about 2 years ago. I used to attend carnegie mellon university, but I'm taking some time off for financial reason.
other stuff, lessee.....I'm an ENFP on the keirsey personality sorter. I get fairly into the goth culture around here, and I perform the role of Magenta regularly at the local theatre. on to other details...
music is a big part of my life. it helps me meditate, vent...you can usually tell what kind of mood i am in by the music i am listening to.
i play the violin, random percussion instruments, and sing (though i do not claim to be good at any of the above). i have been playing violin since 5th grade, or about 9-10 years. i love it; it helps me work through my emotions. Mozart is my favorite composer, though i also like Haydn, Beethoven, Bach, and P.D.Q. Bach :)
i also listen to NIN, Blues Traveler, the Smiths, the Beatles, the Cure...and various other stuff. depends a lot on my mood, really. there used to be a nifty lyrics server that contained most of what i listen to, but now it's gone :(.
one of the few ways i have found to quiet the voices in my head, as they are, is to write. i've been writing since....1990, i suppose. i can remember the first time i actually took a pen and wrote down what i was think. the feeling was...liberating...and strange. it was like i had finally found a door to a place i knew existed yet could never find i've only included selections from what i've written; i'm still a bit {shy sensitive nervous} about other people seeing what i write...
you know, the various "codes" meant to indicate your level of something or another. i have completed a few and included the links to the documents to explain them...
