I was browsing around a "Target" store, and found the following item. The locomotive grabbed my eye, then I took a closer look and it floored me. Have a look and see if you don't think it is EBT no. 14. It has identical air piping (which even differs between the 14 and her sister 15), it has the same shield under the air hose glad hand on the pilot, it includes the grab iron on the side of the smoke box (added by the EBT, not in the Baldwin photo), and is that a supply line to the spark ejector under the smokebox (a rare item as documented in a recent issue of the FEBT Timber Transfer)? Well, I'm convinced.
An odd note is that the other (visible) artwork is all line art, but the locomotive is clearly a sketch of a real locomotive, probably made from a photo given the steam from near the cab. All the same, hopefully there are a bunch of kids who'll be exposed to EBT mikes and later develop an unexplainable attraction to the real-life EBT.
ADDENDUM: These are now on sale (for a limited time) in the EBT gift shop in Orbisonia station.
