A few ties on track 0 are replaced and tamped so that equipment on the
track won't lean over into the coal bin-foundry bridge.

This was the big news! This tie inserter was purchased used over the
winter, and made its debut fresh out of the shop and ready for service.
Following the lead of the folks at the Bucksgahuda & Western, a third
leg was added to this standard gauge machine to make it dual gauge
(B&W's is actually triple gauge!) This inserter greatly speeds up the
process of tie replacement while reducing the effort needed.
