This was the first regular FEBT Rockhill Restoration work weekend, with work being performed on several projects.

Boiler house [2004mar13,scaffold] 324x480 (29k) - 608x900 (59k)
Scaffolding is erected between the boiler and the boiler house wall in preparation for repairs to the top interior portion of the wall.

Caboose no. 28 [2004mar13,torch] 600x410 (47k) - 1200x819 (127k)
After expending a lot of effort to abrasively cut the new platform steel for one end, an alternative approach is used on the steel for the other platform.

Caboose no. 28 [2004mar13,paint] 600x406 (60k) - 1200x812 (154k)
New sheathing boards are primed prior to installation.

Caboose no. 28 [2004mar13,sheathing] 600x408 (40) - 1200x815 (107k)
The new sheathing starts to go on. This job, like the entire caboose project, ended up taken quite a bit more time than estimated.
