FEBT Summer Celebration, June 5-6, 2004

These photos are presented in roughly chronological order. Person and vehicle identifications are always in the order from left to right. All photos taken with a Canon Eos RebelXS camera with either a Tamron 28-80mm lens or a Canon 75-300mm lens. Film is Kodak Gold 200 or Max 400. This weekend was the railroad's first operating weekend forthe 2004 season. The FEBT also held events, including tours. Some work was performed on caboose \ no. 28 as well as a quick repair to caboose no. 27.

A glimpse of the underside of the new roof that the EBT put on the roundhouse in the Fall of 2003. The lighter colored portions are new wood. The repairs have strengthened the roof and eliminated the pervasive leaks that were particularly bad around the smokejacks.

The EBT also had the stone house reroofed in the Fall of 2003. The old roof had begun leaking into the interior. It too is now dry.
