This was a special FEBT Rockhill Restoration work weekend. The plan was to rehabilitate caboose no. 28 in the off-season to avoid affecting the railroad's operation, with a rollout at the opening weekend in June. No other work was performed.

There were about 4 inches on the ground Saturday and overnight another two inches
fell. The yard sure is tranquil in the falling snow.
